互联网技术的普及和应用,推动了网络购物这种新的消费方式的快速发展。网络购物的便捷性等优势是不言而喻的。然而,因为网络购物带来的诸多问题,特别是网络购物出现纠纷时无法得到有效解决的问题影响了网络购物消费者的维权,同时也在一定程度上阻碍了我国网络消费市场的健康发展。中国现有的消费争议解决机制不能满足网络购物纠纷的需要,因此本文以此为出发点对我国建设有效网络购物纠纷解决机制进行相关的法律思考。
The popularization and application of Internet technology have promoted the rapid development of the new consumption mode of online shopping. The advantages of online shopping convenience is self-evident. However, many problems caused by online shopping, especially the problems that can not be effectively solved in the dispute of online shopping, have affected the rights of online shoppers and hindered the healthy development of China’s online consumer market to a certain extent. China’s current consumer dispute resolution mechanism can not meet the needs of online shopping disputes. Therefore, this article takes this as a starting point to make relevant legal reflections on building an effective online shopping dispute resolution mechanism in China.
