目的观察右室流出道室性早搏患者窦性心率震荡(HRT)的变化并探讨其临床意义。方法52例右室流出道室性早搏患者按室早数目分为两组:A组(室早≥1000/24h)和B组(室早<1000/24h),比较两组间的HRT参数震荡初始(TO)和震荡斜率(TS)。结果右室流出道室性早搏患者HRT异常的发生率为23.08%,且A组患者中异常HRT的发生率明显高于B组;与B组相比,A组患者的TO值明显增大,TS值降低(p均<0.05);HRT与室早数目呈明显正相关(p<0.01),TS与室早数目呈明显负相关(p<0.01)。结论频发右室流出道室性早搏(室早≥1000/24h)患者的窦性心率震荡现象减弱,且HRT与室性早搏数目明显相关。HRT是一种较好的检测心脏自主神经功能的新技术。
Objective To observe the changes of sinus rhythm of heart rate turbulence (HRT) in patients with right ventricular outflow tract premature beats and to explore its clinical significance. Methods Fifty-two cases of right ventricular outflow tract premature ventricular contractions were divided into two groups according to the number of ventricular premature ventricle: group A (room ≥1000 / 24h) and group B (ventricular early <1000 / 24h) Initial (TO) and Oscillation Slope (TS). Results The incidence of abnormal HRT in right ventricular outflow tract premature beats was 23.08%, and the incidence of abnormal HRT in group A was significantly higher than that in group B. Compared with group B, the TO in group A was significantly increased, (P <0.05). There was a significant positive correlation between HRT and ventricular number (p <0.01). There was a significant negative correlation between TS and ventricular number (p <0.01). Conclusions Patients with frequent right ventricular outflow tract ventricular premature beats (as early as ≥ 1000 / 24h) have weakened sinus rhythm, and HRT is significantly correlated with the number of ventricular premature beats. HRT is a good new technology to detect cardiac autonomic nerve function.
