我国河流中防洪发电对水库运用上的矛盾,有一部份是由於以在计算防洪时采用设计洪 水的流量过程线所造成。本文中提出利用防洪“计算累积曲线”及发电“计算累积曲线”来 进行防洪发电水库的计算.并叙述了决定符合於计算保证率的计算累积曲线的方法。指出用 “计算累积曲线”进行计算,可以更合理地使用防洪一发电水库。并根据技经比较的原则, 介绍和用“计算累积曲线”来决定防洪一发电水库最有利的容积的方法,指出多年调节水库 计算中的特点,以及根据此最後容积决定坝高的原则。最後作者并指出,本文中所提的原则 基本上亦可适用於其他多元利用的水库。
Part of the contradiction between the use of flood control and power generation in reservoirs by rivers in our country is partly due to the flow process line that uses design floods when calculating flood control. In this paper, it is proposed to use flood control “cumulative curve” and “cumulative curve of power generation” to calculate the flood control power generation reservoir. And describes the method of determining a cumulative curve that complies with the calculation of the guaranteed rate. Pointed out that the “calculation of cumulative curve” for the calculation, you can more rational use of a flood control power generation reservoir. According to the principle of technology comparison, this paper introduces and calculates the most favorable volume of flood control power generation reservoir by “calculating cumulative curve”, points out the characteristics of multi-year regulation reservoir calculation and the principle of determining dam height according to the final volume. The author concludes by pointing out that the principles presented in this paper are basically applicable to other reservoirs of multiple uses.
