两院从1990年3月至9月共收治支原体肺炎64例,女29例,男35例;1～3岁7例,～6岁10例,～12岁47例;住院最早在发病第4天,最晚为第15天,平均7.1天。在门诊经用青霉素、复方新诺明或洁霉素治疗,均不见好转。临床表现起病多为亚急性,发热63例,39℃以上40例中干咳较重。
Both houses admitted 64 cases of mycoplasmal pneumonia from March to September 1990, with 29 females and 35 males, 7 cases of 1 to 3 years old, 10 cases of ~ 6 years old and 47 cases of ~ 12 years old. Day, the latest 15 days, an average of 7.1 days. In the clinic by penicillin, cotrimoxazole or lincomycin treatment, are not improved. Most of the clinical manifestations onset subacute, fever in 63 cases, more than 39 ℃ 40 cases of dry cough heavier.
