目的：探讨小剂量雌激素贴片在绝经期综合征妇女中的应用效果。方法：选取我院从2014年1月到2015年2月所收治的60例绝经综合征妇女，其中30例应用半水合雌二醇2/3贴片，同期30例应用克龄蒙1片的患者作为观察组，比较应用前后改良kupperman评分，血清E2改变，以及不良反应症状。结果：两组患者治疗前后改良kupperman评分明显改善（P<0.01），血清E2值治疗前后明显升高，且克龄蒙组高于贴片组（P<0.05），克龄蒙组乳胀发生率高于贴片组。贴片组没有出现严重的不良反应以及其他重大疾病。结论：半水合雌激素2/3贴片治疗绝经期综合征剂量减少，效果显著，安全，不良反应少，具有一定的临床应用价值，值得临床上进一步推广与应用。“,”Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive application of small dose of estrogen patch syndrome in women after menopause.Methods In our hospital from 2014 January to 2015, 60 cases of menopausal syndrome in February were women, while 30 cases were treated with E2 2/3 patch, 30 cases of the same application Climen 1 pieces of patients as the observation group, compared before and after the application of the modified Kupperman score, serum E2 change, and adverse reactions.ResultsThe two groups before and after treatment in patients with modified Kupperman score improved significantly (P<0.01), serum E2 levels before and after treatment were significantly increased, and Climen group was higher than that of patch group (P<0.05), Climen group breast swelling incidence was higher than that of patch group.
