采用熔融共混法制备出了高抗冲聚苯乙烯(HIPS)/苯乙烯接枝马来酸酐(SMA)/CG-ATH纳米复合材料,研究了SMA的加入量对复合材料阻燃性能、力学性能和界面粘结性能的影响。结果表明,SMA的加入可以提高复合材料的阻燃性能、拉伸性能和弯曲性能,但对复合材料冲击性能的提高没有产生明显的效果;SMA的加入有助于强化纳米CG-ATH在HIPS基体中的分散性及其与HIPS基体间的界面粘结性。
High impact polystyrene (HIPS) / styrene grafted maleic anhydride (SMA) / CG-ATH nanocomposites were prepared by melt blending method. The effects of the addition amount of SMA on the flame retardancy, Effect of performance and interfacial bonding properties. The results show that the addition of SMA can improve the flame retardancy, tensile properties and flexural properties of the composites, but does not produce any significant effect on the impact properties of the composites.
