目的:探讨胰腺癌组织中Krüppel样转录因子9(KLF9)表达量与血清肿瘤标志物及病灶内细胞侵袭的相关关系。方法:收集2012年6月-2016年5月间本院收治的胰腺癌患者58例,测定胰腺癌组织及癌旁组织中的KLF9表达量并进一步分为KLF9高表达组、KLF9低表达组各29例。对比不同KLF9表达组患者的血清肿瘤标志物含量、肿瘤组织侵袭及抑癌基因表达量的差异。结果:胰腺癌组织中KLF9表达量显著低于癌旁组织(P<0.05);KLF9低表达组患者血清中肿瘤标志物CA19-9、CA242、CA50、CEA的含量高于KLF9高表达组患者(P<0.05);KLF9低表达组患者病灶内侵袭基因DKK-1、GSK3β、HOXB7的mRNA表达量高于KLF9高表达组患者,抑癌基因Bach2、SIRT3、DPC4、Kiss-1的mRNA表达量低于KLF9高表达组患者(P<0.05)。结论:胰腺癌组织中KLF9表达量降低,且KLF9表达量与肿瘤恶性程度呈负相关。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the expression of Krüppel-like transcription factor 9 (KLF9) in pancreatic cancer and serum tumor markers and cell invasion in lesion. Methods: Fifty-eight cases of pancreatic cancer admitted to our hospital from June 2012 to May 2016 were collected. The expression of KLF9 in pancreatic cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues was detected and further divided into KLF9 high expression group and KLF9 low expression group 29 cases. The differences of serum tumor markers, tumor invasion and tumor suppressor gene expression between different KLF9 expression groups were compared. Results: The expression of KLF9 in pancreatic cancer tissues was significantly lower than that in paracancerous tissues (P <0.05). The levels of serum tumor markers CA19-9, CA242, CA50 and CEA in KLF9 low expression group were higher than those in KLF9 high expression group P <0.05). The mRNA expressions of DKK-1, GSK3β and HOXB7 in KLF9 low expression group were higher than those in KLF9 high expression group. The mRNA expression of tumor suppressor genes Bach2, SIRT3, DPC4 and Kiss- In KLF9 high expression group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The expression of KLF9 in pancreatic cancer is decreased, and the expression of KLF9 is negatively correlated with the degree of tumor malignancy.
