重视人在组织中的作用是人本理念的核心。结合医院人力资源管理的实际情况、人本理念的基本要求以及国内外企业对于人本理念的应用三方面。用关心和激励来调动医院工作人员的积极性。同时,注重保障人才资源的合理配置,使优秀的人才能够不断的发掘自身潜力,积累经验和才干,提高医院的运营效益。本文主要分别从组织管理、制度管理、激励管理、文化管理四个管理模式依次的分析医院人力资源管理对人本理念的运用以及人本理念对于医院人力资源管理的意义。
Emphasis on the role of people in the organization is the core of humanistic philosophy. Combined with the actual situation of human resources management in hospitals, the basic requirements of human-oriented concepts and the application of human-oriented concepts by domestic and foreign enterprises in three aspects. With care and motivation to mobilize the enthusiasm of hospital staff. This paper mainly analyzes the application of human resource management in hospital from four management modes: organization management, system management, incentive management and cultural management, and the significance of humanistic concept to hospital human resource management.
