阐述乳化液泵的曲轴转数与液力端产生汽蚀之间的关系和影响。通过对泵的净正吸入压头NPSH的分析和对国内使用的乳化液泵产品的结构参数的调查表明,曲轴转数的增加,是造成液腔内汽蚀的主要原因,高压大流量乳化液泵液力端因汽蚀失效报废增加。因此,曲轴转数不可过高,从性能和经济性两方面考虑,建议曲轴转数在500~550 r/min。
