目的:将铸瓷高嵌体用于修复后牙牙体缺损,并做临床疗效分析。方法:用铸瓷高嵌体和合金高嵌体修复139颗后牙缺损,70颗做铸瓷高嵌体,69颗做钴铬合金高嵌体。修复后6、12、18个月复诊,分别进行临床评价。结果:6个月复查结果,边缘密合性具有统计学意义,其余项目无明显差别;12个月复查结果,边缘密合性同前。18个月复查,边缘密合性同前,邻接关系无差别,合金高嵌体对磨耗高于铸瓷高嵌体。结论:经过临床观察,对于边缘密合性而言,铸瓷高嵌体优于合金高嵌体。
OBJECTIVE: To use cast-in-metal inlays to repair dental defects of posterior teeth and to analyze their clinical curative effect. Methods: 139 cases of posterior teeth defect were repaired by using the porcelain inlay and the inlay. 70 porcelain inlays and 69 inlays were made of cobalt-chromium alloy. 6,12,18 months after repair referral, respectively, for clinical evaluation. Results: The results of 6 months review showed that the marginal adhesion was statistically significant and the other items had no significant difference. The results of 12 months review showed that the marginal adhesion was the same as before. 18 months review, edge adhesion with the former, no difference between the adjacency, wear high alloy ingot wear higher than the cast inlay. CONCLUSIONS: After clinical observation, the high inlay of inlay is better than the inlay of inlay for edge adhesion.
