目的:探讨非癫癎性发作(NES)的发作形式及误诊原因。方法:对112例NES临床特征及误诊原因进行回顾性分析。结果:本组较易误诊为癫癎的NES的发作形式以偏头痛最多见,其次为假性发作、睡眠障碍、惊恐障碍。结论:NES的发作形式多种多样,极易引致误诊,临床应引起重视。 Objective: To explore the causes and causes of misdiagnosis of non-epileptic seizures (NES). Methods: The clinical features of 112 cases of NES and the causes of misdiagnosis were analyzed retrospectively. Results: This group was more likely to misdiagnose epilepsy as the most common form of seizures in migraine, followed by pseudo-seizures, sleep disorders, panic disorder. Conclusion: There are many forms of NES attack, which can easily lead to misdiagnosis and should be paid more attention in clinic.
