以4种微生物菌剂为材料,比较4种菌剂的有效活菌数、纤维素酶活以及中性蛋白酶活;并以甘蔗渣为主要原料,添加合适比例牛粪进行高温堆肥试验,研究甘蔗渣有机肥中加入4种微生物菌剂后的有机质、总养分、酸碱度、速效氮、腐殖酸等营养指标,以及微生物菌群数量和蛔虫卵死亡率等变化。结果表明,4种微生物菌剂中,微生物菌剂B不仅有效活菌数达到国标中有效活菌数(cfu)≥0.5亿·g~(-1)的要求,且其纤维素酶和中性蛋白酶活力较强;添加微生物菌剂B的甘蔗渣有机肥发酵后,其有机肥中的各营养指标以及有效活菌数均明显增加,蛔虫卵死亡率为95.13%,大肠菌群数量为85个·g~(-1)。研究结果表明微生物菌剂B可在实际生产中推广应用。
Four kinds of microbial agents were used as materials to compare the effective viable count, cellulase activity and neutral protease activity of the four fungicides. The bagasse was used as the main raw material, and a suitable proportion of cow dung was added for high-temperature composting test. The organic matter, total nutrients, total alkalinity, available nitrogen, humic acid and other nutrition indexes after addition of 4 kinds of microbial agents in the residue organic manure, as well as the change of the microbial population and the ascaris egg death rate. The results showed that not only the effective viable count of microbial inoculum B reached the requirement of ≥0.5 g · g -1 in the national standard, but also its cellulase and neutrality Protease activity was strong. After the fermentation of bagasse organic fertilizer with microbial inoculum B, the nutrition indexes and effective viable count of organic fertilizer increased obviously, the ascaris egg death rate was 95.13% and the number of coliform bacteria was 85 · G ~ (-1). The results show that microbial agent B can be popularized and applied in practical production.
