为解决传统电脑横机静电电气设备在检测中存在的缺陷,采用CAN总线构建网络化检测系统.将待检测子系统作为总线上的节点,以S3F84I9单片机为控制单元,通过相应接口电路连接到待测节点,进行CAN总线应用层的通信协议的开发和实现,在电脑横机中监测与监控.结果证明系统具有良好的实时数据采集、处理和通信功能,并能够将数据处理结果通过CAN总线上传到上位机,实现对电脑横机生产中静电电气系统的实时监测、状态检测和在线故障诊断.
