对青岛大学英语专业二年级学生的研究发现,学生学习动机构成发生了变化,其中个人发展动机和成绩动机依然是学习的主导动机。同时学习情景动机和出国动机显著增强,这就对教师课堂教学提出了严峻考验,学生既希望老师约束指导自己的英语专业学习,同时又排斥传统单一的课堂教学模式。本文将对学生学习动机的变化和教师教学模式的调整展开初步讨论。
The study of sophomore English majors in Qingdao University found that the composition of students’ learning motivation has changed. Among them, personal development motivation and achievement motivation are still the dominant motivations for learning. At the same time, the learning motivation and motivation abroad have been significantly enhanced. This poses a severe test for teachers in classroom teaching. Students not only want teachers to discipline their English majors but also reject the traditional single classroom teaching model. This article will discuss the changes of students ’motivation and the adjustment of teachers’ teaching mode.
