97-98年电子商务在我国信息和商业领域中成为一个热门话题。这两年国内一些部门和企业不乏大胆尝试,如个别商业企业开始积极上网直接面对消费者,同时也出现了充分运用计算机网络信息的商品交易中心。但是市场培育尚不成熟,没有形成相应的电子支付手段,缺乏工商法规方面的政策体系保障等,这些都无不制约着探索者们开拓的脚步。毋庸置疑,起步阶段这些“勇于吃蟹”的探索者的付出要远远超出他们的收益,尽管在谈及困境时他们依旧谈笑从容,但当一个又一个苦涩的教训展现在他们身边时,有人不禁慨叹:电子商务冲浪容易掀浪难。
