移动HR是企业人力资源管理在大数据时代发展的必然趋势,移动HR利用移动设备采集、分析、利用大数据,实现移动化和信息化企业管理,对实施企业战略、提升管理理念、创新管理模式、防范文化与伦理危机具有重要意义。本文首先介绍了大数据背景下移动HR的应用现状,进而分析了大数据时代企业移动HR面临的五个主要挑战,最后提出了新时期加强企业移动HR的五个对策。
Mobile HR is the inevitable trend of enterprise human resource management in the era of big data. Mobile HR uses mobile devices to collect, analyze and make use of big data to realize the enterprise management of mobility and informatization. The implementation of enterprise strategy, promotion of management concept and innovation of management mode , Prevention of cultural and ethical crisis is of great significance. This paper firstly introduces the application status of mobile HR in the background of big data, and then analyzes the five major challenges that enterprise mobile HR faces in the era of big data. Finally, it puts forward five countermeasures to strengthen mobile HR in the new era.
