目的适应新时期新形势的服务需求,满足门诊患者不同的需要,从而提高门诊患者的满意度。方法以改革创新为动力,在门诊增设公共轮椅服务,实行切实有效的监管措施。结果门诊患者满意度达93.4%,门诊量增加22.1%。结论门诊患者对门诊服务需求越来越高,门诊服务面对新的挑战,不断探索新形式下门诊服务的管理体制与运行机制,拓宽服务领域,是提高门诊服务质量的重要措施,它不仅关系到医院的社会形象,也影响到医院在人民群众中的声誉。
Objective To meet the service needs of the new situation in the new era and meet the different needs of outpatients so as to improve the satisfaction of outpatients.
