当前,云计算、物联网、互联网等新技术的出现及融合,孕育了各种前所未有新兴产业和新型企业形态,同时也迅速改变了各种传统行业、产业的成长形态、发展轨迹和商业模式。因此对企业而言,密切关注这一场互联网革命为企业在管理理念、管理模式和组织架构等方面带来了哪些机遇和挑战,才能更好地满足互联网时代的创新需求。同时,企业必须适应这种新的经营环境,作出相应的调整和创新,着重从管理理念、管理模式、管理组织以及人才管理等几个方面进行创新,以适应新的社会发展趋势。本文分析了互联网时代下企业管理创新的必要性和面临的挑战,并提出了在管理理念、管理模式、组织架构、人才管理等四个方面的进行创新。
At present, the emergence and integration of new technologies such as cloud computing, Internet of Things and the Internet have given birth to various forms of emerging industries and new-type enterprises. They have also rapidly changed the growth patterns, development paths and business models of various traditional industries and industries. Therefore, it is very important for enterprises to pay close attention to what opportunities and challenges this Internet revolution brings to management concepts, management mode and organizational structure in order to better meet the innovation needs of the Internet era. At the same time, enterprises must adapt to this new business environment, make corresponding adjustments and innovations, and focus on innovation from the aspects of management concept, management mode, management organization and talent management to adapt to the new social development trend. This paper analyzes the necessity and challenges of the innovation of enterprise management under the Internet age and puts forward innovations in four aspects: management idea, management mode, organizational structure and talent management.
