本文以48个茶树品种为材料,按单因子方差分析法估算了茶树叶绿素含量的广义遗传力(h~2B%)为55.86%,遗传变异系数(GCV%)为17.42%。但不同的品种间其遗传参数差异很大,如h~2B%最大者云旗(90.67%)比最小者绿芽佛手(7.91%)大11.5倍;GCV%最大者龙井长叶(34.5%)比最小者早黄茶(8.01%)大4.32倍。 当选择率定为5%时叶绿素含量的遗传进度(△G)为2.1823mg·dm~(-2),相对遗传进度(△G′)为26.82%。
In this paper, 48 tea cultivars were used as materials. The one-way ANOVA was used to estimate the general heritability (h ~ 2B%) of chlorophyll content in tea plants was 55.86% and the GCV% was 17.42%. However, the genetic parameters differed greatly among cultivars. For example, the cloud flag (90.67%) with the highest percentage of h ~ 2B% was 11.5 times larger than that with the lowest (7.91%), and the leaf with the highest GCV% (34.5% Than the smallest yellow tea (8.01%) 4.32 times larger. When the selection rate was 5%, the genetic progress (△ G) of chlorophyll content was 2.1823 mg · dm -2 and the relative genetic progress (△ G ’) was 26.82%.
