在职场中,员工的灵性满足感所产生的工作积极性,远胜于对于员工的经济鼓励所产生的工作积极性。人的灵性引导人的行为,当今企业发展中,将精神型领导作为能够解决员工灵性困境,并且在企业中搭建职场氛围的新思路。精神型的领导对于员工职场灵性的影响巨大,基于此,在本文中针对自我效能感调节下的精神型领导对于员工职场灵性的影响进行研究。
In the workplace, employees’ spiritual satisfaction generates more enthusiasm for work than the employee’s economic incentives. People’s spirituality guides people’s behavior. In today’s business development, spiritual leadership is a new way of thinking that can solve the spiritual difficulties of employees and build a workplace atmosphere in the enterprise. Mental leadership has a huge impact on the spirituality of the employees’ workplaces. Based on this, the author studies the spiritual leadership influence on employee’s workplace spirituality under the self-efficacy adjustment.
