People’s spirituality guides people’s behavior. In today’s business development, spiritual leadership is a new way of thinking that can solve the spiritual difficulties of employees and build a workplace atmosphere in the enterprise. Mental leadership has a huge impact on the spirituality of the employees’ workplaces. Based on this, the author studies the spiritual leadership influence on employee’s workplace spirituality under the self-efficacy adjustment.
