对于国有企业而言,科学合理的人力资源开发与管理现在及未来将是企业竞争的关键所在。而我国的国有企业还存在着人力资源粗放式管理、人才激励机制不健全、组织结构设置不合理等问题。为此,企业应高度重视人力资源的开发与管理,建立更加优化的人力资源管理体制,为更好的研究国有企业的人力资源开发与研究,本文以防城港市港工公司为研究对象,通过分析该企业目前的人力资源发展现状,找出问题产生的原因,最后有针对性的提出改进策略,优化企业的人力资源管理。
For state-owned enterprises, scientific and rational development and management of human resources now and in the future will be the key to business competition. However, the state-owned enterprises in our country still face such problems as the extensive management of human resources, the imperfect incentive mechanism for talents, and the irrational organizational structure. To this end, enterprises should attach great importance to the development and management of human resources and establish a more optimized human resources management system. In order to better study the human resources development and research of state-owned enterprises, this paper takes Fangchenggang Port Engineering Corporation as the research object, The current development of human resources in the enterprise to find out the reasons for the problem, the final targeted improvement strategies to optimize the human resources management.
