测量了黑光灯的365.0/6.3、404.7/7.8和435.8nm(纳米)三组汞线光谱的辐照度。叙述了测量原理和设备。介绍了三种线光谱辐照度测量法:光谱辐射法、逐点面积法和半宽度面积法。详述了三种方法的测量和计算过程。比较了这三种方法的计算精度,并指出它们的适用性。最后估计了三种方法的测量精度。
The irradiance of the three sets of mercury line spectra of the black lights at 365.0 / 6.3, 404.7 / 7.8 and 435.8 nm (nanometers) was measured. Described the measurement principle and equipment. Three kinds of line spectral irradiance measurement methods are introduced: spectral radiation method, point-by-area method and half-width area method. Details of the three methods of measurement and calculation process. Comparisons of these three methods of calculation accuracy, and pointed out their applicability. Finally, the accuracy of the three methods is estimated.
