GB 7588—2003《电梯制造与安装安全规范》已经颁布,内容也广为大家所了解。其中曳引力计算比GB 7588—1995有较大的细化。并且采取了在标准正文中给出钢丝绳曳引的条件,而在提示的附录中给出设计计算依据的方法,对曳引条件进行了限定。在分析GB 7588—2003曳引力计算的过程中,笔者发现有关减速度的选择值得探讨。在此笔者提出一些看法,与同行共勉。1标准中的有关规定为便于论述,将标准正文中的相关内容摘录如下:1,1正文9.3条钢丝绳曳引钢丝绳曳引应满足以下3个条件(1)轿厢装载至125%,8.2.1或8.2.2规定额定载荷的情况下应
GB 7588-2003 “Elevator Manufacturing and Installation Safety Code” has been promulgated, the content is widely known to everyone. Among them, the calculation of traction force is more detailed than that of GB 7588-1995. In the standard text, the condition of wire rope traction is given. In the appendix of the prompt, the method of calculation basis is given, and the traction conditions are limited. In the analysis of GB 7588-2003 traction calculation process, I found that the choice of deceleration worth exploring.
