目的对照研究高频超声和X线钼靶在乳腺癌诊断中的联合应用。方法对150例乳腺癌患者的术前高频超声和X线钼靶的检查表现进行分析,对比分析手术病理结果与两种检查方法结果、两者联合检查结果的符合情况,对两种检查方法以及两者联合应用的漏诊、误诊病理进行重点分析。结果高频超声诊断乳腺癌的符合率为86.7%(130/150);X线钼靶诊断乳腺癌的符合率为84.0%(126/150);两者联合应用诊断乳腺癌的符合率为94.7%(142/150)。两者联合应用诊断乳腺癌的符合率显著优于单纯高频超声、X线钼靶诊断乳腺癌的符合率,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高频超声和X线钼靶联合应用诊断乳腺癌,能有效提高诊断的准确性,乳腺癌漏诊率能得到有效降低。
Objective To study the combined application of high frequency ultrasound and mammography in the diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods 150 cases of breast cancer patients with preoperative high-frequency ultrasound and X-ray molybdenum target examination performance analysis, comparative analysis of the surgical pathology results and the results of two test methods, the two combined test results meet the conditions of the two test methods As well as the combined use of the two missed diagnosis, misdiagnosed pathology focus analysis. Results The coincidence rate of high frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast cancer was 86.7% (130/150). The coincidence rate of mammography in the diagnosis of breast cancer was 84.0% (126/150). The coincidence rate of the two methods in diagnosing breast cancer was 94.7 % (142/150). The coincidence rate of the combination of the two in the diagnosis of breast cancer was significantly better than that of the simple high frequency ultrasound and mammography in the diagnosis of breast cancer (P <0.05). Conclusion The combination of high-frequency ultrasound and mammography in the diagnosis of breast cancer can effectively improve the accuracy of diagnosis. The rate of missed diagnosis of breast cancer can be effectively reduced.
