目的:考察皖南红豆杉枝叶中总黄酮的超声波提取工艺。方法:先以单因素进行因素考察,在此基础上,以Box-Behnken中心组合试验和响应面分析法,研究提取时间,料液比和超声波功率对红豆杉枝叶总黄酮含量的影响,建立影响因素与响应值之间的数学模型。结果:通过响应面设计优化的最佳提取工艺为:提取时间75.58 min,料液比1∶30.87,超声功率152.95 W。结论:本试验工艺参数稳定可靠,为工业生产提供了理论基础。
Objective: To investigate the ultrasonic extraction of total flavonoids from the branches and leaves of southern Anhui yew. Methods: Firstly, the factors were investigated by single factor. Based on the Box-Behnken central combination test and response surface analysis, the effects of extraction time, solid-to-liquid ratio and ultrasonic power on total flavonoids content in branches and leaves of Taxus chinensis were studied. Mathematical model between factor and response value. Results: The optimum extraction process through response surface design was as follows: extraction time 75.58 min, material-liquid ratio 1:30.87, ultrasonic power 152.95 W. Conclusion: The test process parameters are stable and reliable, providing a theoretical basis for industrial production.
