建筑施工在现代化建设中占有了重要地位,其不仅影响了整个建筑行业的发展,对于我国社会经济也产生了巨大的作用。随着施工企业数量的不断增加,其招纳的人才数量也在迅速上涨,人力资源管理成为了企业目前急需解决的一大问题。人才关系着企业未来发展竞争的情况,是企业持续发展的核心。本文重点研究了施工企业人力资源管理存在的问题,并提出合理化建议。
Construction construction occupies an important position in the modernization, which not only affects the development of the entire construction industry, but also has a huge effect on the social economy of our country. With the continuous increase of the number of construction enterprises, the number of talents recruited by them is rapidly rising, and human resources management has become a major issue that enterprises need to solve urgently. Talent is related to the future development and competition of enterprises, is the core of sustainable development. This paper focuses on the existing problems of human resource management in construction enterprises and puts forward reasonable suggestions.
