本文结合我国国有企业从计划经济到市场经济转化过程中人事制度改革中遇到的一些具体问题,从人力资源管理的概念,人力资源发展的过程,市场经济体制下国有企业人事制度改革,和国有企业深化人事制度改革推行人力资源管理的要求等方面,进行了初步探讨。旨在引起对这些问题讨论的深入,促进包含人事制度改革在内的国有企业改革步伐的加快。
