椎-基底动脉供血不足是神经系统常见病。其原因有动脉粥样硬化,颈椎骨质增生,微血栓等,其诊断过去主要根据患者的临床表现进行诊断,自从1982年Aaslid首先推从经颅多普勒超声技术,对颅底血管的血流动力学变化直接检测,目前正广泛作为各种脑血管疚病的无创检查手段。本研究应用经颅多普勒检测临床诊断为椎-基底动脉供血不足的患者60例的椎-基底动脉血流情况,通过其血流的变化,为椎-基底动脉供血不足提供客观依据。
