研究了有益微生物(EM)饲料添加剂对滩涂富营养水体藻类和浮游动物的种群结构、数量、生物量、水体理化环境以及鱼的产量等影响。结果表明,接种EM可增加水体藻类种数和数量,大幅度降低藻类生物量;增加浮游动物的种类、数量和生物量;降低生态系统中总氮、氨态氮、总磷的浓度,降低浊度,提高溶氧水平和透明度;显著增加鱼的产量,降低饲料系数,提高饲料利用率。
The effects of beneficial microorganism (EM) feed additives on the population structure, quantity, biomass, physicochemical environment and fish yield of algae and zooplankton in eutrophic waters of the tidal flat were studied. The results showed that the inoculation of EM could increase the number and amount of algae in the water, reduce algal biomass significantly, increase the species, quantity and biomass of zooplankton, reduce the concentrations of total nitrogen, ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus in ecosystem, Degrees, improve the level of dissolved oxygen and transparency; significantly increase the yield of fish, reduce feed efficiency, improve feed utilization.
