以γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(ATPES)为表面修饰剂,通过溶胶-凝胶法制备水溶性的ZnO量子点.以细菌纤维素(BC)为基体,采用物理吸附法制备了负载ZnO量子点的BC复合膜.采用紫外-可见光谱仪、X射线衍射仪、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、荧光光谱仪、透射电子显微镜对材料的结构和性能进行了表征,并用于多巴胺的荧光检测,得出荧光猝灭方程中的猝灭常数Ksv=3.18×105 L/mol,检测限为6.5× 10-8 mol/L,并分析了荧光猝灭的反应机制.“,”γ-Aminopropyltriethoxysilane (ATPES) was used as surface modifier to prepare water-soluble ZnO quantum dots by sol-gel method.ZnO quantum dots were anchored in bacterial cellulose (BC) by physical adsorption to fabricate a composite membrane.The structure and properties of the composite membrane were characterized by UV-Vis spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction,fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,fluorescence spectroscopy and transmission electron microscopy,respectively.It was found that the quenching constant Ksv was 3.18× 105 L/mol,the detection limit was 6.5× 10-8 mol/L.The possible fluorescence quenching mechanism was proposed.
