本文简述了鞍型场离子枪的工作原理,并给出了我们所研制的鞍型场离子枪的特性。实验结果表明,我们研制的这种枪在放电功率为16W 时,枪体的温度为300℃,因而不需水冷;再有,这种枪所发射的束流中有很多荷能中性粒子。在放电电流为1.2mA、放电电压为4~7kV 时,中性粒子占全束流的70%~80%。本文对中性束流的实验结果进行了讨论。
This paper briefly describes the working principle of saddle field ion gun and gives the characteristics of the saddle field ion gun we developed. The experimental results show that the gun we developed has a water temperature of 300 ° C at a discharge power of 16W and has a large number of neutral energetic particles in the beam emitted by this gun. When the discharge current is 1.2mA and the discharge voltage is 4 ~ 7kV, the neutral particles account for 70% ~ 80% of the full beam current. In this paper, the experimental results of neutral beam are discussed.
