当液压挖掘机发动机输出功率/扭矩处于低值点时,若操作手移动挖掘机、猛拉操纵手柄进行挖掘动作,极易造成发动机熄火,由此可造成安全隐患。某型液压挖掘机目标转速分为H、S、L模式,每个模式各有10个挡位,共30个挡位,每个挡位对应一个目标转速,部分挡位的目标转速重叠,如附表所示。本文在总结某型挖掘机低转速熄火常规解决方法基础上,提出一种新的解决方法。
When the hydraulic excavator engine output power / torque at a low point, if the operator moves the excavator, tugging the joystick for excavation action, can easily cause the engine flameout, which can cause security risks. A certain type of hydraulic excavator target speed is divided into H, S, L mode, each mode has 10 gear, a total of 30 gear, each gear corresponds to a target speed, part of the target gear speed overlap, such as Schedule shown. This paper summarizes the conventional low-speed flameout on a certain excavator based on the solution, put forward a new solution.
