履带式路面铣刨机在铣刨作业时,后履带轮必须与行驶方向保持平行,以使其直线行走。本文介绍铣刨机后履带轮自动回中控制装置存在的问题及改进措施。1.存在问题RH200A型路面铣刨机在后履带轮支腿转向缸上安装2个接近开关,由这2个接近开关采集后履带轮转向位置信号,铣刨机控制系统根据接近开关发出的后履带轮转向位置信号,控制后履带轮自动回中。由于铣刨机工作环境恶劣,机身振动较大,造成接近开关经常损坏。接近开关损坏后,控制系统采集不到准确的回中信号,或者信号不准确,直接影响铣刨机的铣刨作业。
