为获得用于分析太阳能制冰样机运行性能及长期性能的实验数据, 就样机所采用的活性炭207E4-甲醇的吸附性能及在甲醇热分解模拟实验中用过的活性炭吸附能力的变化进行了测试.提出了一种简单的用于强化活性炭的传质、吸附, 提高系统的制冰能力的新方法.结果表明, 用D-A方程处理吸附实验数据时, 相关系数r对处理结果有较大的影响.只有当相关系数r相等或采用D-R方程处理时,不同的吸附工质对吸附性能处理结果(COP)才具有可比性.文中为不同工质对性能的比较给出了最佳数据处理方法.“,”In order to obtain the experimental data for analysing the running performance and the long-term performance of solar-powered ice-making prototype, the adsorptive properties of activated carbon (A.C.)207E4-methanol used in the prototype has been tested, and the change of adsorptive ability of activated carbon obtained from the methanol thermal decomposition simulation experiment is tested too. A new simple method is proposed for enhancing the mass transfer and the adsorptive ability of activated carbon, improving the ice-making ability of the system. The results show that correlation coefficient r has great effect on the processing results when experiment data are processed by D-A equation. Only when r is the same or D-R equation is used, the COP resulting from the adsorptive data of various adsorptive pairs can be compared. The most appropriate method of data processing is discussed to give a criterion from which all researchers in this field could compare different values of COP.
