设计一种基于80C552单片机的智能电动执行器,采用位置+速度双闭环控制方式,以位置增量为自变量,建立速度给定的位置环模型和模糊参数自整定PID的速度环模型。实验表明,此执行器可以完成变速调节,实现阀门快速准确定位和柔性关断。
An intelligent electric actuator based on 80C552 singlechip is designed. Position + speed double closed loop control is adopted. The position increment is used as an independent variable to establish a speed loop model of speed reference and speed loop model of fuzzy parameter self-tuning PID. Experiments show that this actuator can be completed variable speed regulation, to achieve rapid and accurate valve positioning and flexible off.
