目的:测定肠康片中有效成份盐酸小檗碱的含量。方法:双波长薄层扫描法。结果:盐酸小檗碱点样量在0.19- 0．97 μg的范围内,点样量与斑点峰面积积分值具有良好的线性关系。回收率为99．4％,RSD=1.6％。结论:采用薄层扫描法测定肠康片中盐酸小檗碱的含量,灵敏度高,重现性好,操作简单。
Objective: To determine the content of berberine hydrochloride in Changkang Tablet. Methods: Dual wavelength thin layer scanning method. Results: The berberine hydrochloride sample volume was in the range of 0.19-0.97 μg, and there was a good linear relationship between the sample volume and peak area integral value. The recovery was 99.4% with RSD = 1.6%. Conclusion: The content of berberine hydrochloride in Changkang Tablets is determined by TLCS, which has high sensitivity, good reproducibility and simple operation.
