近年来,以考查学生基础知识和探究能力为主要目标的实验设计类试题成为各级各类生物学考试的必备题。这类试题的编制,重要的是试题所提供素材的真实性。笔者尝试以“探究生长素类似物促进插条生根的最适浓度实验方法探究”[1]一文为素材,提炼出试题情境,进行原创试题的编制:紫背天葵为中国的特有物种。因嫩茎叶富含钙、铁等,营养价值较高,又有止血抗病毒等药用价值,故有较长的作为蔬菜栽培的历史。某生物兴趣小组拟利用紫背天葵为材料来探究生长素类似物促进插条生根
In recent years, experimental design questions with the main objective of examining students’ basic knowledge and inquiry ability have become the prerequisite for various types of biology examinations. For the preparation of such questions, it is important to verify the authenticity of the materials provided by the questions. The author tried to use the method of “exploring the optimum concentration of auxin analogues to promote the rooting of cuttings”[1]. The paper extracted the situation of the questions and conducted the preparation of the original test papers: the purple mittenbone is China’s endemic species. . Because the stems and leaves are rich in calcium, iron, etc., the nutritional value is high, and they have medicinal value such as hemostasis and antivirus, so they have a long history as vegetable cultivation. A bio-interest group intends to use miracidia as a material to explore auxin analogues to promote rooting
