三角涡虫是一种具有极强再生能力的扁形动物,其再生能力来源于几乎遍布全身各处的多能性成体干细胞,使其成为研究干细胞分化、发育、增殖、调控等分子机制的良好模式生物。由于对三角涡虫干细胞行为的研究完全可以在在体水平进行,因此,涡虫在体干细胞研究比离体干细胞研究具有无可比拟的优势。鉴于三角涡虫这种独特的生物学现象及优势,也可将其作为大规模药物筛选的模型生物,用以筛选与再生、衰老或者肿瘤等相关药物。该文将结合所在课题组的相关研究对三角涡虫的再生机理、再生调控等有关研究进展进行综述,为推动其成为在体药物筛选模型奠定了基础。
Pleurotus ostreatus is a kind of flat animals with strong regenerative ability. Its regenerative ability originates from pluripotent adult stem cells that are spread all over the body, making it a good model for studying the molecular mechanisms of stem cell differentiation, development, proliferation and regulation biological. Because the study on the behavior of planarian stem cells can be done at the body level, the study of planarian stem cells in vivo has incomparable advantages over the study of in vitro stem cells. In view of the unique biology and advantages of the genus Dialysis, it can also be used as a model organism for large-scale drug screening to screen for drugs associated with regeneration, aging or oncology. In this paper, we reviewed the related research progress of regeneration mechanism, regeneration control and other related studies of the genus Pleurotus, based on the related research of the research group, which lays a foundation for promoting it as a screening model in vivo.
