通过正火工艺参数的变化研究了含钛焊缝组织及性能的变化。结果表明,采用NB-1SJ焊条焊接后,焊缝组织为下贝氏体+弥散碳化物+少量残余奥氏体;经不同温度正火处理后,焊缝组织变为铁素体+碳化物,且冲击韧度明显增加。在930℃下保温2h后,焊缝金属的韧性最好;经1190℃正火处理后,焊缝区碳化物TiC会大量固溶,细晶强化作用减弱,晶粒有所长大,韧性下降。
The change of microstructure and properties of titanium-containing weld was studied by the change of normalizing parameters. The results show that the microstructure of weld seam is lower bainite + dispersed carbide + a small amount of retained austenite after welding with NB-1SJ electrode. After normalizing at different temperatures, the weld microstructure becomes ferrite + carbide, And impact toughness increased significantly. At 930 ℃ for 2h, the toughness of the weld metal is the best. After normalizing at 1190 ℃, the TiC in the weld zone will dissolve in a large amount, the grain refinement weakens, the grains grow and the toughness decreases .
