当前大力发展学前教育,颁布了一系列相关的教育政策法规,通过分析当前的教育政策,了解当前学前教育师资力量发展的必要性。通过发展的必要性分析学前教育专业人才培养的现实意义,由此分析学前教育专业核心能力培养的“质量标准”存在的问题,进而探讨制定学前教育专业核心能力培养的“质量标准”。
