本文采用仿生方法提出铲斗积土清除装置,并对装置的运动与受力进行了分析。给出了机构优化设计方法。经模型与实型试验证明此装置清土效果好,可提高作业生产率20%。
In this paper, bionic soil removal device was proposed by bionic method, and the movement and force of the device were analyzed. Given the institutional optimization design method. The model and real-type tests prove that the device has good soil clearing effect and can improve the productivity of working 20%.
