本文报道了黄瓜中吡虫啉和嘧霉胺残留量高效液相色谱分析方法。黄瓜样品在乙腈中匀浆,过滤后用二氯甲烷萃取,提取残留的吡虫啉和嘧霉胺。在同一波长下,用ZORBAX,Eclipse XDB-C18液相色谱柱,以不同比例的乙腈和水进行梯度洗脱,同时分析吡虫啉和嘧霉胺。对吡虫啉和嘧霉胺添加回收率分别为82.66%~91.73%和92.76%~104.82%,最低检出限分别为0.04 mg/kg和0.03 mg/kg。
In this paper, high performance liquid chromatographic analysis of imidacloprid and pyrimethanil residues in cucumber was reported. Cucumber samples were homogenized in acetonitrile, filtered and extracted with methylene chloride to extract the remaining imidacloprid and pyrimethanil. At the same wavelength, gradient elution was carried out on ZORBAX, Eclipse XDB-C18 LC columns with different ratios of acetonitrile and water, and imidacloprid and pyrimethanil simultaneously. The recoveries of imidacloprid and pyrimethanil were 82.66% ~ 91.73% and 92.76% ~ 104.82%, respectively. The lowest detection limits were 0.04 mg / kg and 0.03 mg / kg, respectively.
