近年来,国际国内的自然灾害、生产事故、交通事故以及病情疫情等突发性公共事件时有发生,突发性公共事件的预警机制越来越被关注。我国对于突发公共事件的政府预警机制的研究相对于西方发达国家较为落后,本文通过我国突发公共事件政府预警机制的问题,了解灾害发生之前的来源和程度,尽可能避免灾害的发生和降低灾害带来的损失,提出完善我国突发公共事件预警机制的策略,未雨绸缪,将损失尽可能降到最低。 In recent years, unexpected public events such as natural disasters, production accidents, traffic accidents and epidemic outbreaks have occurred both at home and abroad.
