我们于1988年10月10日至15日对市区洞庭街小学采用填表法对学生进行了一周早餐情况的调查,获得有效卡片345张。调查结果:小学生在家早餐者200人(占57.9%),其中有165人的部份食品需从饮食摊点中购买;另145人完全在食堂或饮食摊点中购买。因此,必须对学生加强食品卫生教育与食品卫生管理,防止食物中毒与食源性疾病。小学生早餐质量较差。主要为谷类食物,
From October 10th to 15th, 1988, we conducted a survey on the students’ breakfast conditions in the Dongting Street Elementary School in the city for one week and obtained 345 valid cards. Findings: 200 pupils (57.9%) had breakfast at home, among which 165 had to purchase some of the food from the food stalls; the other 145 were bought entirely in the canteen or food stalls.
