经济新常态是习总书记对我国当前及今后一段时间经济发展的准确判断和深刻把握,有三大特点:一是从高速增长转为中高速增长。二是经济结构不断优化升级。三是从要素驱动、投资驱动转向创新驱动。在此经济新常态下,艺术类大学生面临着严峻的就业形势,存在着较为凸显的矛盾和问题,积极探索解决的措施,以提高大学生就业率和就业质量。 The new normalcy of the economy is General Secretary Xi’s accurate judgment and profound grasp of the current and future economic development in our country. There are three major characteristics: First, the rapid growth has shifted from medium to high-speed growth. Second, the economic structure has been continuously optimized and upgraded.
