目前不少职校对教研的关注度远远不够,教研在办学中逐渐被边缘化,甚至被忽略。教师教研的主体意识缺失、教研活动流于形式、学校管理者对教研活动的监督管理不到位等现象屡见不鲜。教师钻研业务的主动性不够、专业发展停滞不前已成为不争的事实。而这些无疑成为当前制约职教发展的“瓶颈”。我认为现阶段职校之间的竞争归根结底是办学理念的竞争,教研工作是教师专业素养提升的必由之路,是形成教师专业归属感与学科意识的内驱力,更是学
At present, many vocational schools are not paying enough attention to teaching and research. Teaching and research are gradually being marginalized and even ignored. Teachers lack of awareness of the main subject of teaching and research, teaching and research activities in the meantime, the school management of teaching and research activities in place such as supervision and control are not uncommon. It is an indisputable fact that teachers are not active enough in their study of business and their professional development is stagnant. These will undoubtedly become the current “bottleneck” restricting the development of vocational education. In my opinion, the competition between vocational schools at this stage is ultimately the competition of the idea of running a school. Teaching and research work is the only way for teachers to enhance their professional accomplishments. It is also an internal drive to form a sense of belonging and discipline among teachers.
