研究了激光冲击强化(LSP)对316L不锈钢熔覆层表面显微硬度、残余应力以及微观结构的影响。结果表明,LSP后熔覆层表面的显微硬度和残余应力得到明显改善;微观结构发生明显变化,晶粒由柱状晶转变为等轴晶,晶粒得到细化;熔覆层自腐蚀电流密度降低,材料耐腐蚀性得到提高。
The effects of laser shock (LSP) on the microhardness, residual stress and microstructure of 316L stainless steel cladding were studied. The results show that the microhardness and residual stress on the surface of the cladding after LSP have been significantly improved. The microstructure changes obviously. The grain changes from columnar to equiaxed grains and the grains are refined. The self-corrosion current density Reduce, material corrosion resistance is improved.
