随着我国制造业的升级与转型发展,需要通过工业设计对生产设备类产品在外观造型和人机工程等方面的性能进行大力提升。以大型砌块机生产制造设备的第一代原型机造型设计为例,分解执行“构思—设计—实施—运行”4个主要阶段任务,呈现整个设计流程中这4个设计阶段的重要设计执行方法、设计分析关键点及对应的设计输出成果。总结砌块机作为同时面对产品生产和自身销售的设备产品应该具备的主要造型特征,在满足关键的人机工程学设计考虑点的前提下,提取可以承载高科技感的设计元素。
With the upgrading and transformation of manufacturing industry in our country, we need to make great efforts to improve the performance of production equipment products in terms of appearance and ergonomics through industrial design. Taking the first generation prototype design of large block machine manufacturing equipment as an example, we decompose and implement the four main phases of “Concept - Design - Implementation - Operation” and present the importance of these four design phases in the whole design flow Design and implementation methods, design and analysis of the key points and the corresponding design output. Summary Block machines, as the main styling features of equipment products that face the production and sale of their own products, extract design elements that can carry a sense of hi-tech while meeting key ergonomic design considerations.
