为了理清舱门各个机构运动的原理,指导现场工艺人员更好地进行工艺分析,采用CATIA的DMU模块对舱门进行运动机构仿真分析。通过虚拟仿真技术的研究应用,验证舱门机构运动,找出机构中的可调节量,能够指导工人现场安装调试,确保安装的顺利进行,缩短研制及安装周期。
In order to clarify the principle of the movement of the various agencies in the door and guide the craft personnel in the field to conduct the process analysis better, the door mechanism of CATIA was simulated by the DMU module of CATIA. Through the research and application of virtual simulation technology, the movement of door mechanism can be verified and the adjustable amount in the mechanism can be found out. It can instruct the workers to install and debug on site, ensure the smooth installation and shorten the development and installation cycle.
