目的研究环太湖流域藻类密度与主要污染物指标之间的相关性。方法于2009年7月—2010年6月,对环太湖流域19个监测点的藻类密度、水温、pH值、溶解氧、高锰酸盐指数、氨氮、总氮、总磷、氮磷比、叶绿素a、硝酸盐氮、总有机碳进行连续监测。结果污染指标最严重的是总氮和总磷,合格率仅分别为11.7%和39.6%。水体中藻类密度与相关污染指标经相关性分析,结果显示,藻类密度与水温、高锰酸盐指数、叶绿素a、总有机碳呈正相关(P<0.05),与溶解氧、总氮、氮磷比、硝酸盐氮呈负相关(P<0.05),与pH值、氨氮、总磷无相关性(P>0.05)。结论环太湖流域藻类密度与主要污染指标有相关性。
Objective To study the correlation between the algal density and the index of major pollutants in the Taihu Lake Basin. Methods From July 2009 to June 2010, algal density, water temperature, pH value, dissolved oxygen, permanganate index, ammonia nitrogen, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, ratio of nitrogen and phosphorus, Chlorophyll a, nitrate nitrogen, total organic carbon for continuous monitoring. The results of the most serious pollution indicators are total nitrogen and total phosphorus, passing rates were only 11.7% and 39.6%. Correlation analysis showed that the density of algae was positively correlated with water temperature, permanganate index, chlorophyll a and total organic carbon (P <0.05), and was positively correlated with dissolved oxygen, total nitrogen, nitrogen and phosphorus (P <0.05), but no correlation with pH, ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus (P> 0.05). Conclusion The density of algae in the Taihu Lake Basin is related to the main pollution indicators.
